CarrierTool
Multi-Stop Operations

Complex multi-stop freight without complex manual work.

CarrierTool turns customer-specific operating rules into an executable transportation program spanning intake, tender acceptance, route optimization, driver execution, real-time FreightIQ verification, and immutable closeout.

Built For The Hard Freight

If the operating system can orchestrate 15 stops, the simple freight becomes simple.

Food and beverage distribution, retail replenishment, automotive milk runs, dedicated routes, manufacturing parts runs, pool distribution, refrigerated programs, and other scheduled multi-stop operations create complexity that ordinary load screens do not solve.

One Continuous Plan
Customer-specific programs
AI-assisted load creation
Editable route optimization
Controlled carrier tender

Adaptive GPS + geofences
FreightIQ™ at submission
Immutable evidence record
Customer Programs

Build the operating rules once. Apply them to every load.

CarrierTool lets each customer have its own executable operating program. Clone a proven program for a new customer, then change only what is different. The program follows the freight from intake and tender through driver execution, evidence, and closeout.

Immutable Record
Preserves what happened.
Controlled Carrier Tender

Agreement before execution.

The carrier sees the agreed rate, equipment, tender expiration, complete route, stop-by-stop instructions, customer requirements, and document-submission obligations before accepting the load. Carrier acceptance establishes the operating plan that CarrierTool carries forward into execution.

Carrier rate & equipment
Complete ordered route
Stop-specific instructions
Customer references & POs
Evidence expectations
Billing/document instructions
Controlled Driver Execution

The tender becomes an executable workflow.

The driver does not receive a generic dispatch message. The secure load session guides the approved sequence and exposes the required action at the current stop. Required arrival, check-in, check-out, completion, and evidence actions control progression.

No driver app install
No permanent TMS login
Enforced stop sequence
Live route changes
Geofence events
Required evidence before progression
The Lifecycle

Program → tender → execute → verify → preserve.

01

Program

Customer-specific rules define routing, instructions, references, signatures, evidence, documents, contacts, and other execution requirements.

02

Intake

Forward customer email or documents into CarrierTool. FreightIQ™ can structure complex multi-stop freight into the customer program and operational load plan.

03

Optimize

Evaluate stop sequence, mileage, drive time, appointments, and constraints. Operations can apply the recommendation or drag and drop changes.

04

Tender

Present the carrier with the rate, equipment, complete route, stop requirements, document obligations, and operating terms before acceptance.

05

Connect

Send the assigned driver a secure load-specific browser link by SMS or email. No application installation or CarrierTool driver account is required.

06

Execute

Guide the driver through the approved stop sequence while required actions control progression and geofences establish independent operational events.

07

Adapt

Re-optimize remaining stops or make dispatch changes during execution. The driver receives the revised plan plus an optional dispatch note.

08

Verify

FreightIQ evaluates required evidence when the driver submits it. Exceptions remain actionable while the freight is still moving.

09

Preserve

Verified evidence becomes immutable. Failed evidence can be superseded and authorized human decisions remain attributable without erasing history.

10

Close

Use completed execution and evidence to drive document closeout, billing readiness, carrier payable, reporting, and customer visibility.

FreightIQ™ In The Transaction

Evidence is evaluated when the driver submits it — not days later during document cleanup.

The requirement already knows its load, stop, customer program, and expected proof. FreightIQ evaluates the submitted evidence in that operational context so failures can remain actionable while the shipment is still being executed.
