Planned customer shipment visibility for truckload carriers.
CarrierTool’s customer portal is a planned roadmap module for shipment tracking, POD access, billing packet visibility, invoice status, and customer self-service.
Planned customer visibility without constant check calls.
CarrierTool’s customer portal is planned as a secure customer-facing visibility module where shippers and customers can view shipment status, PODs, document packets, invoices, and exception updates.
The customer portal is part of the CarrierTool roadmap and is shown as a preview concept for early adopters and founding industry partners.
Shipment Visibility
Customers can view shipment status, pickup and delivery details, assigned carrier assets, and live progress updates without calling dispatch.
POD Access
Proofs of delivery, bills of lading, receipts, and shipment packet documents can be made available once processed through CarrierTool and PDocs AI.
Invoice Visibility
Customers can view invoice status, billing packets, supporting documents, and shipment history from a secure portal experience.
Exception Communication
Shipment delays, document holds, missing PODs, and delivery exceptions can be surfaced through portal alerts and customer notifications.
Customer portal access is planned as an expansion module.
The initial MVP focuses on internal fleet operations. Customer-facing visibility, shipment tracking, document access, and invoice portal features are part of the planned CarrierTool roadmap.
