Exception Communication

Shipment delays, document holds, missing PODs, and delivery exceptions can be surfaced through portal alerts and customer notifications.

The initial MVP focuses on internal fleet operations. Customer-facing visibility, shipment tracking, document access, and invoice portal features are part of the planned CarrierTool roadmap.
