Terms of Service
Effective August 8, 2026
These Terms provide the public baseline for use of CarrierTool. Customer-specific commercial agreements, data-processing terms, or negotiated contracts may add to or supersede portions of these Terms.
1. Agreement and Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of CarrierTool, a transportation operations software platform provided by Easy Stack LLC. By using CarrierTool, an organization and its authorized users agree to these Terms and any applicable order form, subscription agreement, statement of work, or written addendum.
2. Authorized Business Use
CarrierTool is intended for legitimate commercial transportation, logistics, brokerage, carrier, fleet, customer-service, accounting, compliance, and related operational activities. Users must protect credentials, maintain appropriate permissions, and use the service only for organizations and transportation records they are authorized to manage.
3. Customer Data and Responsibilities
Customers retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of data they submit or direct CarrierTool to process, including customer and carrier records, load instructions, documents, addresses, rates, communications, driver information, and operational requirements. Customers are responsible for obtaining any notices, permissions, or consents required for their use of driver tracking, communications, document processing, or integrations.
4. Driver Tracking and Location Data
CarrierTool may collect driver or vehicle location information when tracking has been enabled and the driver or authorized user grants the required device or browser permission. Location data may be used for shipment visibility, arrival/departure records, dwell analysis, routing, ETA, exception management, audit history, and related transportation operations. Customers are responsible for using tracking features in compliance with applicable law and employment, contractor, and carrier agreements.
5. Documents, Images and Execution Evidence
CarrierTool may store transportation documents, photographs, signatures, temperature records, timestamps, GPS context, and other execution evidence. Original uploaded artifacts may be retained with integrity fingerprints and audit metadata so the transportation record can be reviewed later. Customers must not upload content they are not authorized to possess or process.
6. AI-Assisted Features
CarrierTool may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, OCR, rules engines, or automated workflows to classify documents, extract data, identify exceptions, evaluate evidence, suggest routes, summarize records, or assist transportation decisions. Automated results can contain errors and should not be treated as legal, safety, financial, regulatory, or professional advice. Customers remain responsible for decisions that require human judgment or legally required review.
7. Third-Party Services and Integrations
CarrierTool may integrate with third-party services such as mapping, email, storage, carrier data, retailer/location APIs, document intelligence, payment or accounting systems, and other transportation technologies. Availability and behavior of third-party services are outside Easy Stack LLC’s control and may be subject to separate terms and usage limits.
8. Confidentiality and Security
Easy Stack LLC uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect CarrierTool data. Users must promptly report suspected credential compromise or unauthorized access. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or uninterrupted.
9. Intellectual Property
CarrierTool, its software, workflows, user interfaces, documentation, platform architecture, trademarks, and related technology are owned by Easy Stack LLC or its licensors. Customers retain ownership of their business data and content, subject to the rights necessary for CarrierTool to host, process, transmit, analyze, secure, back up, and support that data.
10. Availability and Changes
Easy Stack LLC may improve, modify, add, or discontinue features as the platform evolves. Planned maintenance, emergency maintenance, third-party outages, network conditions, or other events may affect availability.
11. Fees and Suspension
Paid service terms, billing frequency, usage allowances, and applicable fees are governed by the customer’s commercial agreement. Easy Stack LLC may suspend access when required for security, legal compliance, material misuse, or material nonpayment, subject to applicable agreements.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly provided in a written agreement, CarrierTool is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Stack LLC disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, business, data, goodwill, or transportation opportunities. Any additional liability allocation is governed by the applicable commercial agreement.
13. Termination
Access may end when a subscription or commercial relationship ends, when an organization requests termination, or when access is suspended or terminated under an applicable agreement. Data export, retention, and deletion obligations may be governed by the customer agreement, applicable law, and CarrierTool retention policies.
14. Governing Terms and Updates
These Terms may be updated as CarrierTool evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. If a signed agreement between Easy Stack LLC and a customer conflicts with these public Terms, the signed agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.
