Privacy Policy

Effective August 8, 2026

CarrierTool processes operational transportation information on behalf of logistics organizations. This policy explains the principal categories of data involved and how Easy Stack LLC uses and protects that information.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how Easy Stack LLC processes information through CarrierTool and related websites, portals, driver workspaces, integrations, and support activities. Customer-specific agreements or data-processing addenda may provide additional terms.

2. Information We Process

CarrierTool may process account and contact information; customer, carrier, driver, vehicle and facility records; transportation orders, loads, rates, routes and appointments; communications and inbound email content; uploaded documents and images; signatures and delivery evidence; device, browser and security information; and information supplied through connected services.

3. Driver Location and Tracking

When CarrierTool tracking is enabled and device/browser permission is granted, the platform may process latitude, longitude, accuracy, speed, heading, timestamps and related tracking events. This information is used for shipment visibility, ETA and route operations, geofence/arrival records, dwell and detention analysis, exception management, auditing, and related transportation services. Tracking is designed to end according to the applicable load workflow.

4. Documents and Execution Evidence

CarrierTool may retain BOLs, PODs, invoices, rate confirmations, carrier or customer documents, photographs, temperature records, signatures, timestamps and other shipment evidence. Original evidence may be retained with cryptographic integrity fingerprints, source/provenance information and audit history so later verification can determine what was originally submitted.

5. AI, OCR and Automated Processing

CarrierTool may use artificial intelligence, OCR, machine learning, deterministic rules and automated workflows to classify documents, extract transportation data, identify entities and locations, evaluate evidence, detect exceptions, assist route planning, prepare billing records, or summarize operational activity. Automated results may be reviewed or corrected by authorized users, and corrections may be retained as part of the audit record.

6. How Information Is Used

Information is used to provide and secure the service; create and execute transportation records; support tendering, dispatch, tracking, documentation, billing, carrier management and customer operations; automate repetitive work; resolve support issues; detect misuse or fraud; improve platform reliability; and comply with legal obligations.

7. Service Providers and Integrations

Easy Stack LLC may use infrastructure, storage, email, mapping, AI/document-processing, communications, retailer/location, carrier-data, security and other service providers to operate CarrierTool. Information is shared with such providers only as reasonably necessary for the connected functionality and subject to applicable contractual and security controls.

8. Customer-Controlled Data

CarrierTool is a business platform used by organizations that determine what operational information to submit and who may access it. In many contexts, the CarrierTool customer is responsible for providing notices, handling data-subject requests, establishing retention requirements, and determining lawful use of employee, contractor, carrier, customer, consignee or driver information.

9. Data Retention

Transportation and audit records may be retained for operational, contractual, legal, accounting, safety, claims, fraud-prevention and historical purposes. Retention periods may vary by record type and customer agreement. Original execution evidence and related integrity metadata may be retained to preserve the authenticity of the transportation record.

10. Security

Easy Stack LLC uses administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including role-based access, authentication controls, encrypted connections, protected object storage, audit records and other platform security measures. No security measure eliminates all risk.

11. Cookies and Session Data

CarrierTool uses cookies or similar technologies necessary for authentication, security, session continuity and platform operation. Public marketing pages may use additional analytics only when configured.

12. Privacy Requests

Depending on applicable law and the role of the CarrierTool customer, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or other handling of personal information. Requests relating to data controlled by a CarrierTool customer may need to be directed to that customer.

13. Changes to this Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as CarrierTool adds capabilities, integrations, regulatory requirements or security controls. The effective date will be updated when material revisions are published.
